Rosin Modified maleic Anhydriade Resin is the slight yellow transparent solid, which is adducts of gum rosin and maleic adhydride through the eaterification by glycerol or pentaerythritol.

Character：

Soluble in coal tars,esters, turpentine oil,insoluble in alcoholic solvents; partially soluble in petroleum solvents,soluble well in plant oils.Which with the advantage of stabile color, resistant to yellowing, good heat resisitant and adhesion.

Specification：

Remark: The esterification by glycerol or pentaerythritol is subject to teh customer’s requirement.

Application：

They are used in paint and coating industries widely, for production of phenolic paints(throughpolymerization with plant oils);improve hardness of paint films,gloss and rubbing property for Polyesters, Nitro and PU paints.
